Lead modernization of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning. Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT to standardize dashboards, KPI frameworks, and data architecture. Drive BI capabilities using Power BI, SQL, Python, and Oracle FDI; automate processes; perform advanced financial and operational analysis; and support strategic initiatives and performance measurement.

Manage a team of 4–6 project managers and specialists delivering emergency spill response projects. Oversee project execution, safety, regulatory closure, contract implementation, client communications, and support sales/marketing input. Ensure quality, invoicing/scheduling resolution, and timely contract deliverables.
