Leads the Seahawks’ social media team, overseeing staff, agencies, content programming, platform strategy, policy compliance, international accounts, and event promotion. Develops engaging content, monitors social media trends and KPIs, provides performance reporting, mentors team members, and collaborates across departments to achieve organizational objectives. Requires strong writing, content creation, analytics, platform expertise, football knowledge, and flexibility for irregular hours in a 24/7 sports environment.

Develop and support custom software for Football Operations, including scouting, coaching, video, and administration tools. Build web and mobile applications, dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting interfaces; maintain legacy systems; and help shape a multi-year technology roadmap. Responsibilities include architecture, coding, debugging, testing, documentation, performance optimization, security, scalability, technology evaluation, and project planning. The role collaborates with analysts, coaches, and scouts and may require extended hours during football events.

Lead administration and optimization of on‑premises and cloud infrastructure (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, SAN). Manage endpoint security and Intune, automate with PowerShell/Power Automate, support disaster recovery, partner with InfoSec for compliance, provide Tier 2/3 support, maintain documentation, and support stadium/game-day operations and events.
