Lead HR operations for a busy professional sports stadium, overseeing employee and labor relations, collective bargaining, investigations, performance management, talent acquisition, training, compliance, and event-day workforce planning. Serve as HR advisor to leadership, support DEI initiatives, manage HR policies and records, provide on-site event support, and partner with legal on employment claims to mitigate risk and ensure consistent application of agreements and policies.
