Supports attorneys with drafting, proofreading, and finalizing legal and transactional documents; prepares closing binders, entity filings, and transaction checklists; manages calendars, deadlines, meetings, client communications, billing coordination, travel, and administrative tasks. Maintains document accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal standards while supporting multiple attorneys in a hybrid law firm environment.

Represent clients in corporate bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including state court receiverships and bankruptcy litigation (avoidance actions). Support the Insolvency & Financial Law Group in filings, research, and client representation. Strong writing, academic credentials, and Washington bar admission required; bankruptcy clerkship experience encouraged.
