Develop and execute business development strategies for the Puget Sound electrical construction market. Build relationships with owners, developers, contractors, and industry partners; identify and manage project opportunities; support proposals and pursuits; maintain opportunity pipelines and forecasts; provide market intelligence; and drive revenue through consultative sales and client retention. The role requires extensive regional travel, strong electrical construction knowledge, and collaboration with operations, estimating, preconstruction, and executive teams.

Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers on construction projects: maintain project documentation, bid and subcontract logs, billing (pay apps, SOV, lien waivers, certified payroll), permits, submittals, RFIs, change management, and O&M packages; assist with front desk duties, project start-ups and close-outs.
