Designs HVAC, plumbing, and petroleum systems for major federal construction and renovation projects. Provides technical reviews, design and construction support, field inspections, commissioning support, budget and schedule tracking, dashboard reporting, regulatory research, contractor submittal review, quality assurance, meeting coordination, project documentation, and briefings for NAVFAC stakeholders. Requires a four-year engineering degree and at least six years of relevant design or design-management experience.

Designs and reviews electrical systems for NAVFAC facilities projects, including power distribution, lighting, equipment sizing, drawings, specifications, and code compliance. Coordinates project schedules, budgets, technical reviews, submittals, inspections, construction support, reports, meetings, and stakeholder communications. Requires a four-year engineering degree and at least six years of electrical design or design management experience. A current electrical Professional Engineer license is preferred.
