Serve as the primary on-site representative for WSU's Seattle office, managing administrative and operational functions, coordinating executive activities, leading cross-campus project planning, advising leadership on space, events, and program execution, and ensuring operational effectiveness and resource coordination.

Manage major gift fundraising for WSU Athletics by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors. Plan and execute fundraising projects, write proposals, manage donor portfolios, and meet annual gift goals. Role requires travel, evening/weekend availability, and coordination with stakeholders to advance annual, major, and planned giving.
