The Director of Development advances Carson College of Business fundraising goals through donor outreach, cultivation, stewardship, proposal development, major-gift solicitation, annual giving, planned-gift identification, and fundraising event planning. The role manages approximately 125–150 donors, develops major gift pledges, plans solicitations, and meets annual fundraising targets of $750,000 to $1,000,000 or more. Extensive travel throughout Washington and the Pacific Northwest, along with evening and weekend work, is required.
