The Workday Reporting & Data Analyst will design and optimize reporting solutions, enhance data accuracy, and deliver insights through Workday and Power BI while collaborating with HR leaders.

Lead strategy and execution for IMB church engagement across the U.S.; manage a regional, tiered team; deepen partnerships with Southern Baptist churches; use data and relationship tools to prioritize outreach; coach staff, drive regional outcomes, and increase awareness and financial support for global missions.
