Provide front-desk and administrative support for the Chancellor's Office: answer calls and email, manage reception and secure suite access, coordinate meetings/catering/conference room reservations, initiate POs and Workday/ProCard transactions, order supplies, run errands, support executive recruiting, and provide coverage for other administrative staff.
