Provides transactional and administrative accounting support for the Psychological & Brain Sciences department: processes purchasing, invoices, Procard and expense reports, monitors accounts, posts journals and budget adjustments, maintains compliance documentation, and provides general office support including human subject payments.

The Chief Innovation Officer will lead strategic growth and innovation at the school, managing technology, revenue generation, and partnerships to enhance educational outcomes.

Manage the university's property and casualty insurance programs, coordinate annual renewals, administer claims (property, auto, liability), oversee COI and surety bond programs, allocate insurance costs, liaise with brokers/TPAs/Legal, produce reporting/dashboards, and support risk financing strategy and committee reporting.

Manage and maintain accurate immigration-related employee records in Workday for foreign nationals, reconcile data with I-9 records, support FNIS and ITIN processes, review wage/compensation for visa compliance, resolve data discrepancies, and serve as a subject matter resource coordinating with payroll, I-9 team, and university departments to ensure compliant, consistent reporting.

Builds and maintains scalable data pipelines and cloud infrastructure supporting an AI biomedical research platform. Responsibilities include ingesting, harmonizing, validating, and documenting multimodal neurodegeneration datasets; managing cloud storage, compute, permissions, and costs; implementing de-identification and data governance workflows; supporting research data repositories and AI/ML teams; and maintaining data lineage, catalogs, and technical documentation. The role requires strong Python and SQL skills, software engineering discipline, cloud experience, and neurodegeneration research data expertise.

Owns the C-BRAIN AI tool portfolio through product backlog management, milestone tracking, UAT coordination, vendor and contractor oversight, and technical program execution. Coordinates data engineering pipelines, infrastructure, data use agreements, compliance reviews, and external pharmaceutical, biotech, academic, and technology partners. Supports CTO working groups, technical reporting, consortium engagement, and stakeholder communications. Requires five years of progressive product or technical program management experience, external partner management, contract lifecycle expertise, and experience working with AI/ML or data engineering teams.

Develop and maintain XNAT platform functionality for clinical and research imaging: design and implement features, write and test code (Java, JavaScript, Python), manage releases and CI/CD, triage defects, mentor junior engineers, integrate with adjacent systems (DICOM, JupyterHub, data lakes), and document architecture and upgrade procedures.

Manage pre-award and post-award sponsored research activities for a neurology department, including proposal preparation/submission, budget development, compliance, award monitoring, subaward management, reporting, closeouts, and liaison work with PIs, SPA, and other offices.
