The Vice President will build and manage a pipeline of transformational philanthropic prospects, developing $100M+ partnership opportunities and leading sophisticated donor pitches. The role will strengthen foundations and trusts fundraising, collaborate with executive and program leadership, shape Campaign 2033 strategy, represent IRC externally, and lead a global Foundations & Trusts team. Success requires deep philanthropic ecosystem knowledge, major-gift fundraising expertise, strong narrative and relationship-building skills, disciplined pipeline management, and the ability to close complex, high-value partnerships.

Supports DOJ-accredited legal representatives with immigration cases involving naturalization, adjustment of status, and family reunification. Provides client information, gathers documents, assists with applications, responds to USCIS and DOS correspondence, maintains case files and reports, schedules appointments, supports outreach events, and manages volunteer or intern assistance. Requires strong organization, communication skills, English and professional Spanish proficiency, Microsoft Office proficiency, and commitment to immigrant rights.
