Administer and maintain Windows Server and Linux/Unix systems in a DoD environment. Duties include performance monitoring, patching, user/account management, backup/recovery, STIG and cybersecurity compliance, troubleshooting, virtualization and Active Directory support, documentation, and after-hours maintenance to ensure secure, available enterprise IT infrastructure.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications using C#, .NET Core, SQL, and JavaScript. Build and support relational databases, integrate with APIs and third-party systems, and use low-code/no-code platforms (Power Platform, Mendix, OutSystems, Appian). Troubleshoot issues, participate in testing and code reviews, maintain documentation, support end users, and work within Agile teams to deliver secure, scalable business solutions.

Provide systems engineering support for AMBIT/SIS programs: requirements analysis, system architecture, integration, modeling/simulation, verification/validation, and sustainment of RF, telemetry, IT, and cybersecurity systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and produce technical documentation to support deployment and operational decision-making.
