Lead strategic, post-sale relationships for Fortune 500 clients, driving onboarding, product adoption, executive engagement, renewals, and expansion. Act as trusted advisor, build success plans and ROI metrics, lead executive reviews, mitigate churn risks, and influence product and operational improvements across cross-functional teams.

Lead and scale enterprise sales across the Central U.S., managing five Enterprise AEs. Own regional revenue targets, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and deal execution. Coach and develop the team, engage personally in strategic accounts, and partner cross-functionally (Marketing, Product, CS, Legal, Finance) to drive growth. Represent Ontic at industry events and drive regional market development. Travel extensively across the region.

Lead the maturation of Ontic’s AWS cloud security program by designing and automating security controls, integrating security into CI/CD workflows, improving cloud monitoring and detection, and developing continuous evidence collection for FedRAMP and other compliance initiatives. Partner with Engineering and DevOps teams on secure architecture, cloud best practices, regulated SaaS environments, and measurable security improvements.

Design and maintain scalable dbt data models and ELT pipelines in Snowflake; architect reusable data assets, governance, and SaaS metrics; build AI-enabled data foundations and LLM workflows; integrate analytics into operational tools and partner cross-functionally to productionize AI-driven use cases.

Lead the integrations product roadmap, define API contracts and canonical data models, improve developer experience, partner with engineering and GTM to build scalable API-first and low/no-code integrations, prioritize monetizable connectors, and use data and AI-enabled workflows to drive adoption and business outcomes.

Lead cross-program product initiatives: define a GTM request process, implement a CX priority tracker, improve roadmap management and Q4 planning, coordinate AI pricing and GTM, overhaul release notes, plan customer expansion/retention, and explore AI to improve roadmap inputs and customer-specific communications.
