Lead and grow the Bothell Land Quality & Remediation practice as a principal-level environmental professional. Develop clients and proposals, provide technical oversight of site investigation and remediation (soil, groundwater, vapor, sediment), mentor a small team, manage budgets and schedules, and contribute to practice strategy and hiring.

Provides technical oversight, mentors staff, supports recruiting, and partners with an LSRP on NJDEP alignment and project strategy.

Lead growth of Gulf Coast oil & gas air quality practice by delivering air permitting and compliance services, driving business development, managing major client projects, mentoring staff, and ensuring regulatory strategy and technical excellence across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.

Lead and grow the Transactional Due Diligence practice by managing EHS-focused M&A due diligence engagements, mentoring staff, developing client relationships, scoping and budgeting projects, delivering concise technical findings and recommendations, and ensuring projects meet timelines and budget goals.

Lead and manage architectural and industrial acoustics projects, prepare proposals and technical reports, perform field work, present to clients, support business development, mentor junior staff, and coordinate multidisciplinary deliverables across projects.
