Provide HR operational and administrative support with focus on benefits and payroll administration, leave and accommodation management, HR compliance and records, and employee/customer service. Serve as liaison with payroll, managers, and benefits vendors, assist recruitment and onboarding, support open enrollment, and maintain accurate HRIS/payroll data.

Manage a 150–200 donor portfolio of $5,000–$10,000 givers: qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward gifts. Meet fundraising metrics, conduct donor visits, support events, use Raiser's Edge NXT for records, and represent the organization at public engagements.
