Design and develop spacecraft fluid system hardware (valves, tanks, routing, manifolds) across concept, analysis, build, test, and flight. Perform hydraulic/pneumatic and structural analysis, select materials for propellants/pressurants and cryogenic environments, generate detailed drawings and specifications, support testing, manufacturing, vehicle integration, anomaly investigations, and improve reliability for launch and space environments.

Lead and build the propulsion test organization: design and commission test stands, define test philosophy, own DAQ and control architecture, hire and develop test teams, run high-cadence hot-fire and stage tests, drive post-test analysis and anomaly resolution, and manage budgets, vendors, safety, and cross-disciplinary coordination to support vehicle development and flight readiness.

Lead hydrodynamic design of rocket engine turbopumps from concept through test and qualification. Predict head, flow, efficiency, and suction margin across operating conditions; perform meanline/throughflow and single-/multiphase CFD analyses; define and execute pump test campaigns; iterate with manufacturing; support hot-fire operations, anomaly investigations, and design improvements; develop tools and best practices.

Design, analyze, and deliver spacecraft fluid hardware (valves, tanks, tubing, manifolds) from concept through test and flight. Perform hydraulic, pneumatic, and structural analysis; generate drawings and specifications; support manufacturing, integration, test campaigns, anomaly investigations, and reuse/reliability improvements for launch and space environments.

Manage high-volume accounts payable including two- and three-way matching, invoice investigation and resolution, vendor master maintenance, payment runs (ACH/wire/check), expense reimbursements, month-end/year-end AP reconciliations, 1099 and tax filings, audit recordkeeping, vendor communication, and process improvement to strengthen internal controls.

Design, analyze, develop, and validate rocket engine injectors from concept through hotfire and flight. Lead physics-based sizing, manufacturing selection, test campaign planning and execution, hotfire data analysis, and iterative redesign while partnering with vehicle and test-stand engineers.

Serve as technical authority and discipline lead for the Autonomous Flight Termination System (AFTS), owning architecture, safety analysis, range and FAA interface, qualification and certification, environmental qualification testing, abort rule definition and verification (Monte Carlo), and mentoring engineers across avionics and GNC from concept through flight readiness.

Serve as technical authority for vehicle loads and dynamic environments across ground handling, ascent, separation, entry, landing, and reuse. Own load cases, build and reconcile structural dynamic models (FEM, modal, coupled loads) with test/flight data, define vibration/shock/acoustic environments, perform coupled loads and aeroelastic analyses, support test campaigns, investigate anomalies, and mentor junior engineers.

Design, analyze, build, test, and flight-qualify vehicle mechanisms (e.g., landing gear, separation systems). Drive structural/kinematic design for low mass while meeting strength, fatigue, and life requirements. Create CAD/FEA models, author test campaigns and drawings, support manufacturing, troubleshoot hardware, and support launch and refurbishment activities.

Design, analyze, build, test, and flight-qualify vehicle mechanism subsystems (e.g., separation systems, landing gear, aero control surfaces). Lead structural and kinematic design, perform FEA and tolerance analysis, author test campaigns and drawings, troubleshoot hardware, support launch operations, and iterate with manufacturing for flight-ready hardware.
