Own and scale the company’s global privacy and data protection program. Advise product, engineering, sales, marketing, security, and executives on privacy laws, data transfers, DPAs, AI governance, security commitments, incident response, and regulatory requirements. The Vice President, Legal will lead healthcare regulatory and commercial legal matters for an AI-enabled diagnostic imaging company. Responsibilities include negotiating healthcare, technology, data use, vendor, and strategic partnership agreements; advising on Anti-Kickback, Stark Law, HIPAA, FDA, physician arrangement, and AI-related issues; supporting corporate, employment, compliance, and governance matters; developing legal processes and playbooks; and managing outside counsel.
