Temporary full-time Executive Assistant providing high-level administrative support to the Head of School and serving as primary liaison to the Board of Trustees. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting coordination and minutes, travel and expense processing, preparing reports and correspondence, supervising Front Office functions, supporting school-wide events and budgets, and collaborating with senior leadership. Some evening work required for Board meetings and events. Position is a roughly three-month leave replacement.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Finance and Operations, staff board committees, manage calendars, meetings, and special projects. Maintain business office systems, lead insurance renewals and contract tracking. Support accounts receivable duties including Blackbaud billing, deposits, reconciliations, parent communications, and monthly journal entries.

Support and execute the school's annual fundraising and engagement programs. Manage multi-channel annual fund campaigns, donor cultivation and solicitation, donor/prospect pipelines, events planning, and volunteer recruitment and management. Maintain donor records and reporting, coordinate campaign materials, and support leadership, board reporting, and special advancement projects to meet fundraising goals.
