Lead Tririga consultant to design and implement corporate real estate and facilities management processes, operating models, and architecture. Manage leasing operations, client relationships, and large IWMS/lease management implementations through full life cycles.

Design and deliver cloud-native Java/J2EE solutions and microservices, provide architecture and solutioning for cloud transformations (PCF/PaaS), support presales and client workshops, create technical collateral and guide competency development, and participate in implementation, performance tuning, and CI/CD practices.

Develop and maintain e-commerce applications using Oracle ATG and Java/JEE. Implement ATG Commerce features (catalogs, pricing, promotions, merchandising), support internationalization and multi-tenant architecture, participate in design and architecture reviews, and follow SDLC and project lifecycle in a global delivery environment.

Gather and analyze requirements, convert them to logical/physical designs, coordinate stakeholders, and manage timelines. Design and optimize Teradata data warehousing solutions using Teradata utilities (TPT, TPump, BTEQ, FastLoad, FastExport, MultiLoad), SQL (views/stored procedures/macros/functions), and Unix shell scripting. Perform performance tuning for large data volumes, apply BI/DW best practices, and communicate status and escalations effectively. Big Data experience is a plus.
