Provide production support and administration for Cisco networking in retail environments. Manage routers, switches, firewalls, upgrades, patching, incident/change/problem processes, vendor coordination, and system performance in a global delivery model.

Use Teradata utilities (TPT, TPump, BTEQ, FastLoad, FastExport, MultiLoad), tune performance for large data, write SQL objects (views, stored procedures, macros, functions), and create Unix shell scripts. BI/DW knowledge required; Big Data experience is a plus.

Develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications and responsive web UIs using HTML5, AngularJS, Backbone, and Bootstrap. Participate in design and architecture reviews, project and software development life-cycle activities, and collaborate with global stakeholders.
