Lead technology consulting and enterprise/solutions architecture for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Design, develop, configure, validate, and deploy CRM solutions; capture and document business requirements and processes; evaluate solutions and track market and technology trends.

Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) 2009/2012 solutions. Provide technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, handle integrations and production issue resolution. Must have 3+ years relevant experience and meet U.S. work-authorization requirements.

Gather requirements and produce functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics AX. Lead ERP implementation tasks, document business processes, fit/gap and functional design, create training guides, support integrations and production issues, and test Dynamics AX modules (Travel & Expense, Finance, Project Accounting).

Architect and design Teradata data warehouse solutions; elicit and analyze requirements; create logical and physical database designs; perform Teradata optimization/tuning; develop stored procedures, BTEQ scripts and use Teradata utilities; write Unix shell scripts; coordinate SMEs and stakeholders; provide estimates, risk/resource planning and status updates.

Develop, configure, validate and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online solutions. Integrate CRM with Office/Office365, SharePoint, Azure and MS BI. Capture and document requirements, map business processes, create specification documents, and work independently or in teams using C#/VB.NET, ADO.NET, T-SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, ASP.NET and related technologies.

Implement and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for web, mobile, and API services. Perform functional, performance, security, and SOA testing. Collaborate with global teams, analyze defects, and ensure test coverage using .NET/C# or Java-based automation (Selenium) and SQL-backed validation.

Develop and maintain Java/J2EE microservices and web/data-warehouse applications. Design system architecture, create UI wireframes, write build/deploy scripts, perform functional and regression testing, tune performance, support deployments, drive requirements with customers, guide development teams, and work in Agile/CI environments (Ant/Maven/Jenkins) across geo-diverse teams.

Lead Teradata data warehousing design and development: elicit requirements, produce logical/physical designs, optimize and tune Teradata systems, create stored procedures and BTEQ scripts, perform data loads/exports, coordinate SMEs/stakeholders, manage onshore/offshore delivery and client interactions.

Develop and enhance SAS reports, data interfaces and Marketing Automation features; use Enterprise Miner for analytics; perform SAS administration (tuning, scheduling); write SAS code and SQL (Teradata); work with UNIX; elicit requirements and act in client-facing roles.

Design and develop high-volume, low-latency Java RESTful microservices and APIs; implement enhancements, diagnose service issues, participate in full development lifecycle, support releases and weekend incident handling, coordinate onshore/offshore teams, and maintain lower environment availability.
