Provide technical application support for .NET/SQL/UX applications in Azure: troubleshoot and debug, run user support sessions, monitor SQL/Web/Windows servers and platforms, respond to alerts, manage problems, track SLAs, produce reporting/analytics, use ServiceNow, automate tasks with PowerShell, and assist with basic project management and trend analysis.

Create requirement specifications, integrate MHE, perform development/configuration/validation/deployment, capture and map business processes, and lead a consultant team. Requires strong analytical, communication, planning, and coordination skills.

Work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online; provide implementation, customization, and consultancy services. Full-time permanent role requiring authorization to work in the U.S.; employer cannot sponsor visas.

Provide hands-on Microsoft-based application support: troubleshoot and debug issues, run user walk-throughs, monitor SQL, web, platform, transaction and Windows server health, manage patch compliance and alerts, perform problem management, reporting and SLA tracking, work with ServiceNow ticketing, and automate tasks using PowerShell.

Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online solutions. Capture and document business requirements, map processes, work independently and in teams, and apply .NET/C#/JavaScript skills where needed.
