Participate in requirements gathering and validate ETL scripts with BAs, developers, and DW engineers. Design, analyze, and implement Microsoft Unified Communications solutions. Lead Lync Enterprise Voice deployments, integrate with Exchange UM and Office 365, manage PSTN/IP phone integrations, troubleshoot Lync infrastructure, and collaborate with teams to ensure secure, high-quality UC implementations.

Design and develop a scalable test automation platform for an offer management system. Build test automation frameworks and perform automation for web services using C#, .NET, Azure, SQL, XML, and WCF. Contribute to performance/load testing, work in Agile teams, and provide coding and design input for performance optimization. Requires strong programming, debugging, communication, and teamwork skills.

Lead technical ownership of enterprise network services: define strategy, design high-availability services, provide technical leadership during incidents, develop operational processes and runbooks, coach teams, audit configurations, manage vendor/managed-service relationships, and maintain KPIs and documentation for 24x7 network operations.
