Manage and grow national/regional cold storage accounts, drive specification and revenue for roofing, insulation, and vapor management systems, prospect and qualify projects, maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline, lead proposals and negotiations, partner with technical services, represent Carlisle at industry events, and travel approximately 70%.

Own and grow a portfolio of national and regional data center accounts, driving specification and revenue for Carlisle roofing and building envelope products. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, develop account plans, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, lead proposals/RFPs, partner with technical teams for design-assist, and travel extensively (~70%) to customer sites and industry events.
