Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for internal users and managed-services clients. Responsibilities include troubleshooting endpoints, Microsoft 365, identity systems, networks, servers, mobile devices, meeting-room technology, and building-related IT systems. The role manages tickets through resolution, monitors alerts, coordinates vendors and escalations, documents procedures, delivers customer service, and participates in on-call rotations.
