Remote, performance-driven sales role owning the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demo, close. Qualify high-intent leads, position AI-powered human-centric solutions, collaborate with Marketing and CX, and hit aggressive sales targets (expectation: 12+ sales/month).

Lead design and implementation of AI and data governance frameworks, privacy guardrails, metadata standards, and compliance with GDPR/HIPAA/CCPA/NIST AI RMF. Monitor and audit models for bias, explainability, and transparency; partner with engineers, stewards, and leaders to embed ethical decision-making, set KPIs, run audits, and produce dashboards and reports to drive governance adoption.

Lead client onboarding and success: proactively guide customers to outcomes, identify and resolve friction, build retention rituals, gather feedback and wins, and use data/AI-augmented dashboards to scale client journeys in a remote, async, project-based role.

Own full client onboarding and implementation lifecycle for SaaS platforms. Configure systems, manage integrations and data migrations, drive fast go-lives, run trainings, troubleshoot issues, and build scalable templates and playbooks while partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Perform operational audits across departments to identify inefficiencies, budget leaks, process jams, tool misuse, and leadership bottlenecks. Produce clear, visual, prioritized audit reports and actionable roadmaps to improve profitability, scaleability, and cross-functional alignment for startup and growth-stage clients.
