Manage core HR services including strategic business partnering, staffing, employee relations, leadership development, performance and talent management, change management, workforce planning, training coordination, compensation alignment, and employee engagement. Serve as coach and advisor to managers and employees, drive HR policy/process improvements, and support regional locations with occasional travel.
