Perform process analyses using QlikView/AS400, resolve billing and collections issues, assist branch financial managers, and handle administrative tasks including hiring paperwork and compliance checks.

Trainee to learn and perform sales and operations duties: develop customer solutions, manage vehicle fleet, generate leads, ensure customer satisfaction, and comply with DOT driver requirements. Role includes travel within district, hands-on vehicle driving, and progression toward management through training and mentoring.

Coordinate emergency roadside assistance through high-volume inbound/outbound customer and service-provider communications, document interactions, troubleshoot breakdowns, escalate complex events, and complete ongoing training to minimize downtime and cost.
