Leads DevOps and platform engineering implementation, including Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, automated provisioning, Kubernetes, cloud and VMware platforms, monitoring, reliability, and DevSecOps controls. Manages a small technical team, establishes platform standards and guardrails, partners with managed services providers, resolves complex infrastructure issues, supports architecture reviews, and documents and trains teams on automation and containerization practices.

Provide SME support and administration for Oracle ERP (EBS R12), OBIEE, MarkView, and related finance apps. Troubleshoot issues, maintain configurations and hierarchies, support reporting and integrations, manage UAT and controls, ensure audit readiness, document processes, train users, and lead system enhancements and continuous improvement efforts with Finance and IT stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end ADA interactive process and all leave of absence programs for shoreside employees. Serve as subject matter expert on ADA, FMLA, PWFA, USERRA and state/local leave laws; review medical documentation; determine reasonable accommodations; coordinate with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and third-party administrators; deliver clear written communications; ensure compliance and accurate recordkeeping. Provide limited benefits administration support as needed.

Coordinates promotional and commercial initiatives from intake through launch across Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales, and planning teams. Leads cross-functional meetings, manages timelines, documents requirements, ensures offer-rule compliance, and prepares communications and launch materials. Supports campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis, identifying insights and improvement opportunities. Acts as a subject matter expert on promotional mechanics and influences stakeholders without direct authority.

Serve as end-to-end financial owner for a capital portfolio across shipboard and shoreside projects. Lead capital planning, multi-year forecasting, cash flow management, variance analysis, and investment evaluation (IRR/NPV/ROI). Reconcile project and financial systems (Clarity, Oracle, Hyperion), partner with Accounting, IT, and operations on capitalization and month-end close, and drive governance, reporting improvements, and decision-support for capital investments.

Lead the business-side AI Operations function to translate enterprise AI capabilities into operational implementation, adoption, training, hypercare, and sustainment. Build operating models, readiness frameworks, change plans, KPI tracking, and team capabilities to scale AI across the organization and ensure initiatives move from pilots to measurable business outcomes.

Manage development and rollout of deployment and itineraries for Seabourns expedition and ocean fleet. Design commercially viable, safe, and operationally feasible itineraries; perform port assessments, fuel-conservation analysis, deployment optimization using tools like MXP/Transas/DPM, track KPIs, lead approvals, implement planning technology, communicate with shoreside and shipboard teams, mentor staff, and represent the company at industry forums. Hybrid in-office role with under 25% travel.

Optimize pricing, inventory, and demand forecasting for assigned sailings to maximize net ticket revenue. Monitor bookings, competitive activity, and market trends; produce performance reports and dashboards; recommend data-driven pricing and inventory actions; partner with Sales, Marketing, and Deployment Planning; maintain data integrity and implement process improvements to support commercial strategy.

Lead enterprise CMS strategy, governance, and content operations to ensure scalable, compliant content delivery. Manage a platform team, define taxonomy and metadata standards, drive integrations and platform enhancements, oversee digital asset governance and accessibility, partner with product/engineering/marketing, and measure performance to improve efficiency and quality across digital channels.
