Manage domestic and international payroll cycles, validate payroll inputs, reconcile accounting entries, maintain time and attendance systems, coordinate with payroll providers and vendors, address employee payroll and benefits questions, support audits, ensure legal and policy compliance, and lead payroll process and system improvements. Own ACLED’s digital growth and demand-generation programs, including email marketing, automated funnels, webinars, virtual events, product communications, digital campaigns, and sales collateral. Produces publishable maps, graphs, and visualizations of conflict patterns and analysis outputs. Transforms complex datasets into compelling visual stories, develops visualization guidelines, researches new methods and software, and supports visual brand development. Collaborates with regional experts, media, partners, and external stakeholders, responds to journalist inquiries, ensures data accuracy, and contributes to outreach, reporting, coordination, and communications activities.

Supports media relations and digital communications for LATAM and Asia, including drafting press materials, coordinating journalist outreach, monitoring coverage, creating social and multimedia content, and assisting with podcasts and webinars. The role requires strong English and Spanish communication, media landscape knowledge, digital content production, audio or video editing familiarity, analytics experience, and the ability to manage deadlines across global teams.
