Manages customer accounts for Axalta’s automotive coatings business, serving as the primary customer contact, maintaining satisfaction and retention, executing account plans, communicating product and service value, resolving issues, documenting interactions in Salesforce, supporting distributor management, and leading paint conversion efforts. The role requires collaboration with regional teams, strong customer support skills, automotive refinish industry knowledge, and travel to customer sites across Illinois and surrounding areas.

Serve as primary customer contact to maintain satisfaction and retention. Develop and execute account plans, document activity in Salesforce, coordinate resources, support paint conversions, prioritize tasks to meet revenue and retention targets, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Drive new business and market expansion for coil coatings by targeting accounts, securing specifications, and managing full sales cycle. Build senior relationships across the value chain, lead technical customer engagements and trials, deliver customer insights to cross-functional teams, and manage pipeline, forecasting, and profitability with Salesforce.

Serve as primary customer contact to maintain satisfaction and retention. Develop and execute account plans, document interactions in Salesforce, coordinate resources, support paint conversions, and drive revenue, profitability, and retention while traveling up to 50%.
