The role requires deep machine learning expertise, algorithm development, and deployment experience across complex operational environments.

Design and deliver full-stack applications spanning user interfaces, data models, APIs, backend services, cloud infrastructure, and AI-enabled workflows. Build vector-store and RAG capabilities, deploy Azure services with Terraform and containers, and contribute to architecture, technical roadmaps, code reviews, testing, and system operations. The role also involves identifying patentable innovations, preparing disclosures, and supporting patent prosecution.

Support recruiting and general HR administration for data center teams. Develop sourcing and hiring strategies, manage end-to-end interview processes, coordinate with leaders and client groups, analyze recruiting metrics, address employee HR inquiries, maintain confidential records, and assist with HR projects. The role also leads international recruitment initiatives and provides mentorship as the recruiting function grows.

Supports project managers with project schedules, commissioning plans, documentation, meeting minutes, punch-list management, reporting templates, budgets, profitability monitoring, and invoicing. Coordinates communication among project teams, clients, engineers, general contractors, and other stakeholders. The role requires familiarity with mechanical and electrical building systems, strong organization and communication skills, extensive travel to data center worksites, and the ability to perform physically demanding site activities.

Build end-to-end data science systems spanning data lakes, pipelines, predictive models, APIs, dashboards, and operational analytics. Develop statistical and optimization models for infrastructure operations, establish data governance and quality practices, and implement federated data architectures. Translate operational data into production products, collaborate with engineering teams, and identify, document, and protect patentable innovations.
