Leads security operations and engineering strategy, manages a 2–3-person team, and remains hands-on with WAF, DLP, AI security, automation, vulnerability management, incident response, cloud security, purple teaming, SIEM, and detection engineering. Responsibilities include client relationship management, support, training, implementation participation, process improvement, quality assurance, compliance testing, defect tracking, release documentation, and invoicing support. The role manages multiple client tasks and helps deliver accurate, effective technology solutions for defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans.

Leads business operations initiatives across Finance, Tax, and Forms functions, partnering with executive, finance, sales, and revenue leaders to improve profitability, efficiency, forecasting, budgeting, and process consistency. Oversees strategic projects, change management, performance measurement, reporting, training, incentives, and technology-enabled operations. Requires cross-functional leadership, project and contract expertise, and familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, Replicon, ServiceNow, and Excel.
