Manage partner relationships for an embedded payments platform, serving as the primary contact for inquiries, escalations, onboarding, integrations, and issue resolution. Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors, address compliance and risk matters, communicate regulatory and product updates, maintain CRM records, report on engagement and satisfaction, and lead churn-risk and retention initiatives. The role also promotes AI adoption within partner relationship management processes.
