Serves as a strategic HR partner to a cluster of schools, advising leaders on workforce planning, talent management, performance, employee relations, organizational design, engagement, reward, and development. Uses Workday and people analytics to guide HR decisions, supports safer recruitment and legal compliance, leads employee experience and DEIB initiatives, and assists with onboarding, change, and transformation.
