Analyzes complex business processes, data requirements, and information systems supporting the Defense Logistics Agency. Applies DoD Business Enterprise Architecture, data modeling, enterprise architecture, systems integration, and process analysis expertise to improve data quality, interoperability, modernization, and enterprise decision-making. This fully remote role requires Secret clearance and supports AMPS program initiatives.

Produces user manuals, how-to guides, reference materials, and other documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborates with developers, quality engineers, project managers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy. Reviews and updates existing content, researches complex technical topics, and creates clear, user-friendly documentation. The role is fully remote and requires an IT-II clearance or previous T3 background investigation.

Provide technical support and hands-on delivery for integrating ICAM requirements into DLA enterprise systems and applications. Conduct infrastructure research and development, ensure hardware and software compliance, document technical specifications, project plans, configurations, test plans, and results, and communicate complex designs and project status to varied audiences.

Responsibilities include secure architecture design, vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, compliance validation, STIG and POA&M governance, security control implementation, RMF documentation, technical reporting, and OT security engineering. The role supports classified and unclassified systems and coordinates with program managers, security managers, administrators, network engineers, and authorizing officials.

Administers and optimizes the Defense Logistics Agency’s Okta environment, including deployment, configuration, integrations, maintenance, upgrades, performance analysis, automation, documentation, training, and technical support. Resolves connectivity issues, recommends system enhancements, supports operational systems, and directs system administrators. Requires advanced knowledge of application networking, load balancing, and fault tolerance, plus Okta certification and five years of professional Okta experience.

Provides technical leadership for enterprise Identity Governance solutions, including architecture, risk assessment, automation, systems integration, application development, and secure access. Designs and implements identity systems across multi-platform environments using Oracle IAM technologies, LDAP, databases, operating systems, application servers, cloud infrastructure, and web/API technologies. Supports DoD and federal customers in an Impact Level 5 Oracle Cloud environment and requires advanced systems engineering expertise, certifications, and a Tier 3 or IT-II designation.

Oversee large, complex task orders, coordinating government stakeholders, technical teams, task order managers, and program leadership. Manage task order performance, schedules, deliverables, communications, and technical solution implementation in accordance with contract requirements. Support the Program Manager in coordinating with contracting officers and customer agency representatives while ensuring performance objectives are achieved.

Provides cybersecurity engineering and systems administration support for DLA’s Okta environment. Responsibilities include planning, configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting infrastructure; resolving connectivity issues; conducting performance and capacity analysis; developing automation scripts; documenting procedures; training administrators and users; recommending technology improvements; and directing system administrators. The role also supports information-system planning, design, testing, integration, and application networking, including load balancing and fault tolerance.

Leads complex IT systems audit and audit advisory engagements for government clients. Applies accounting principles, auditing standards, Federal Acquisition Regulations, OMB guidance, and FISCAM requirements. Provides technical direction, manages client relationships, oversees project execution, and ensures high-quality, timely, and budget-compliant deliverables. Requires DoD/DLA experience, project management capability, relevant certification, and an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive designation or Tier 3 background investigation.
