Creates and manages B2B marketing content and creative assets across sales collateral, websites, social media, campaigns, product communications, partner marketing, and events. Writes and edits copy, performs light graphic design, updates CMS content, supports launches, repurposes materials, and manages projects from concept through completion while maintaining brand consistency.

Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales consulting for the NoahFace workforce management platform. Demonstrate and train customers and partners, lead discovery calls and project meetings, configure solutions, advise on implementation, and resolve technical issues in live deployments. The role requires extensive workforce management, payroll, time-tracking, support, implementation, or consulting experience, strong customer service, independence, and proficiency with business IT tools.
