Human Resources Intern supporting daily HR operations, recruitment scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding, employee records, engagement initiatives, and HR systems. The role provides exposure to talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management in a fast-paced, guest-facing hotel environment.

Supports hotel Sales, Revenue Management, Events, and Marketing teams by handling inquiries, telephone and email communications, guest and client interactions, meetings, event documentation, BEO distribution, and office operations. The intern will use Delphi FDC and Opera, maintain organized sales and event information, attend training, and assist with efficient hotel operations while gaining exposure to hospitality business functions.
