Leads multiple refinery, petrochemical, and terminal turnaround, shutdown, and outage projects. Oversees project managers, field teams, workforce planning, equipment allocation, scheduling, safety, budgets, profitability, customer relationships, and operational performance. Establishes execution standards, monitors KPIs, resolves escalated issues, develops leadership talent, and drives continuous improvement across an assigned regional portfolio. The role requires extensive travel, industrial-site work, physical capability, and strong turnaround management experience.

Manages industrial cleaning projects for refinery and petrochemical turnarounds, shutdowns, and outages. Responsibilities include bid preparation, estimating, staffing, equipment and logistics planning, field execution, safety compliance, scheduling, cost control, P&L ownership, client communication, change orders, billing, demobilization, and post-project reviews. Leads large field crews and supervisors across 24/7 operations while ensuring safe, timely, profitable, and contract-compliant project delivery.

Supports turnkey operations by processing requisitions, issuing and maintaining purchase orders, obtaining vendor quotes, tracking deliveries, resolving purchasing discrepancies, maintaining documentation, and assisting with invoice matching and month-end activities. Coordinates closely with Operations, vendors, Accounting, and Procurement to ensure timely material and service purchasing. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, follow-through, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.

Develops and manages detailed shutdown project schedules and work scopes for petrochemical and refinery operations. Responsibilities include preparing job packages, estimating manpower and materials, coordinating support crafts, developing logistics plans, preparing bid packages and shutdown books, tracking long-lead items, and reporting project progress. Requires frequent field travel, technical document interpretation, and the ability to work in hazardous industrial environments.

Develop and maintain detailed shutdown project schedules, work scopes, job packages, budgets, manpower plans, bid packages, logistics plans, and progress reports for petrochemical and refinery projects. The role coordinates with planners, schedulers, field personnel, contractors, and support crafts; identifies materials and long-lead items; prepares shutdown documentation; and provides technical guidance to junior planning staff. This part-time position requires extensive travel and may involve hazardous refinery environments.
