Leads ADL’s Pacific Northwest regional operations across Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, and Montana. Builds community, government, media, volunteer, and interfaith relationships; directs public affairs, programming, incident response, fundraising, strategic planning, and staff management. Represents ADL publicly, advocates on priority issues, oversees regional budgets and facilities, and advances the organization’s anti-hate mission through partnerships and community leadership.

Leads ADL’s public affairs strategy addressing antisemitism across political and civic ecosystems. Builds relationships with officials, advocacy networks, allies, and influencers; leads issue campaigns and municipal engagements; coordinates cross-functional teams; supports rapid responses to political and policy developments; and translates emerging information into actionable advocacy. The role requires political ecosystem expertise, persuasive communication, knowledge of antisemitism and anti-Zionism, campaign or policy experience, and understanding of 501(c)(3) political activity restrictions.

Provides administrative and operational support to organizational centers by managing calendars, budgets, contracts, invoices, records, databases, shared drives, internal reporting, and team documentation. Coordinates with finance, procurement, and internal and external stakeholders while tracking deadlines, metrics, renewals, and workstream updates. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Box, Notion, and SharePoint in a hybrid office environment.
