Build and own Chamelio’s technical go-to-market infrastructure, including CRM, enrichment, outbound, product analytics, AI agents, API integrations, automations, data pipelines, lead scoring, attribution, and reporting. The role requires independently designing and deploying scalable workflows across tools such as Clay, Attio, Smartlead, PostHog, n8n, and Zapier, while creating custom code and integrations where needed.

Own end-to-end GTM recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. Own Chamelio’s global growth marketing and demand generation strategy, building a predictable enterprise pipeline engine. Lead paid, organic, account-based, event, lifecycle, content, and partner campaigns; improve funnel conversion and attribution; collaborate with sales, product, customers, and founders; and build the growth marketing team and external partner network.

Lead onboarding, training, implementation, adoption, and change management for in-house legal teams using Chamelio’s legal intelligence platform. Partner with customers to understand workflows, configure solutions, resolve legal operations challenges, deliver product demos, and communicate feedback to product and sales teams. The role requires legal operations or legal technology experience, in-house legal familiarity, commercial contracting knowledge, customer presentation skills, and comfort with AI tools.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, pilots, negotiations, and closing. Build and manage mid-market and enterprise pipelines, engage senior legal and business stakeholders, develop outcome-based business cases, navigate procurement and security reviews, forecast accurately, and consistently meet revenue targets. Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, solutions, product, and customer success teams to generate opportunities and ensure successful customer handoffs.

Own post-onboarding success for active B2B SaaS customers by driving adoption, engagement, education, health monitoring, and long-term value. Build customer success playbooks, metrics, health scoring, enablement programs, and risk-recovery processes. Partner with Account Management, Product, Sales, and Engineering while supporting renewals and expansion. The role also helps establish the customer success function, mentors future hires, and educates legal teams on practical AI-enabled workflows.
