Leads and scales the PMO and program management team while overseeing strategic initiatives and customer programs from requirements and design through manufacturing, quality release, and delivery. Establishes governance, portfolio visibility, risk and change management, and executive reporting. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, quality, safety, supply chain, sales, and customers to deliver complex electrical power distribution programs on schedule, within budget, and to specification.

The HR Business Partner advises business leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, HR policies, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and compliance. The role investigates complex issues, analyzes workforce data, supports HR transactions, coaches managers, improves HR processes, and partners with HR and legal teams. This remote position supports U.S. and Canadian operations, requires standard East Coast hours, and includes travel to company sites and conferences.

Develop and enhance IEM’s Infor SyteLine ERP system through the full software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, coding in Infor Mongoose, VB.NET, and C#, developing SQL-based reports, testing, documentation, upgrades, troubleshooting, end-user support, and training. The role also supports system conversions, maintains applications, and collaborates on ERP solutions involving manufacturing and accounting processes.

Manages Field Service project portfolios from manufacturing completion through invoicing and financial closeout. Maintains project records, customer orders, inspection and commissioning documentation, and verifies invoicing readiness. Generates operational reports, supports commissioning activities, resolves issues, improves processes, and assists with training while collaborating with platform managers and site operations representatives.

Prepare technical quotations and cost estimates for low- and medium-voltage switchgear projects. Analyze RFQs, engineering drawings, specifications, materials, labor, equipment, tooling, vendor pricing, and cost uncertainties. Update pricing as scopes change, develop proposal packages, summarize project risks, and collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure accurate and complete customer quotations.

Manages customer relationships and orders from entry through shipment and delivery. Coordinates with customers, sales, engineering, quotations, field service, integrators, and internal departments to resolve commercial and technical issues, manage changes, support submittals, track schedules, prepare proposals, and ensure on-time shipment and commissioning.

Owns the enterprise supply plan and rough-cut capacity planning within the S&OP cycle. Leads supply reviews, identifies capacity and supply-demand constraints, and coordinates mitigation strategies with Operations, Procurement, Materials, and Demand Planning. Oversees plant master scheduling alignment, maintains planning tools and ERP parameters, tracks supply chain KPIs, and leads supply planners to optimize inventory, forecast accuracy, and product availability.

Develop and manage nationwide electrical contractor and end-user accounts for power distribution products. Build account plans, identify revenue opportunities, understand customer requirements, prepare complete project quotations, negotiate medium and large orders, and manage proposals through the sales cycle. Maintain executive relationships, provide forecasting, coordinate project handoffs, and support customer satisfaction. The role is remote with estimated travel of 30%–40%.
