Leads LucyRx’s strategic client success function across its PBM portfolio, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, renewals, growth, and profitability. Builds executive client relationships, oversees account strategies and renewal plans, manages escalations, develops client success leaders, and establishes performance standards. Partners with Sales, Operations, Clinical, Product, and Finance teams to represent client needs, improve value realization, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Oversees product management, clinical account management, and formulary strategy teams; partners with Sales, Finance, Underwriting, Technology, Compliance, and Legal. Builds differentiated pharmacy benefit offerings, guides commercialization, develops talent, and ensures programs meet regulatory, contractual, financial, and clinical standards.

Manages clinical pharmacy relationships for assigned clients, providing formulary, drug therapy, utilization, and cost-containment guidance. Develops client-specific clinical programs, analyzes prescribing and utilization trends, supports proposals and finalist presentations, identifies account expansion opportunities, and collaborates with sales, marketing, IT, implementation, and healthcare stakeholders. Requires up to 25% travel and strong expertise in managed care pharmacy and pharmacy benefit management.

Leads clinical and non-clinical pharmacy product development from concept through launch and post-launch optimization. Owns roadmap delivery, release sequencing, capacity planning, stage-gate governance, launch readiness, and performance reviews. Translates formulary, utilization management, care model, and market needs into buildable requirements.
