Leads global sales performance across a portfolio, improving sales processes, forecasting, pipeline discipline, incentive programs, training, CRM adoption, recruiting, and revenue retention. Partners with commercial, finance, HR, marketing, and executive leaders to establish scalable sales practices, increase accountability, and support substantial revenue growth across complex, multi-brand ecosystems.

Supports the Sales team through CRM and lead-data management, sales collateral maintenance, proposal and presentation development, campaign-list coordination, marketing-calendar upkeep, campaign-performance reporting, event planning, and administrative support. Own year-round audience development and buyer recruitment for POSSIBLE US, including personal sales targets, strategic brand and agency accounts, and paid ticket growth. Lead and coach a small sales team, manage pacing and reporting, develop outreach strategies, analyze audience segments, build C-suite relationships, and collaborate with marketing, sales, content, and operations to achieve recruitment goals.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for approximately 20–25 US-based sales vacancies. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter, building sales talent pipelines, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, providing market insight, managing offers and onboarding handovers, maintaining ATS records, and improving direct hiring while delivering an inclusive candidate experience.

Manages sponsorship delivery for LegalTechTalk USA, including sponsor relationships, activations, inventory, budgets, vendors, venues, and onsite event execution. Partners with sales, attendee experience, brand, finance, and operations teams throughout the show cycle. Oversees sponsored features from RFP through onsite build, supports Meetup Program execution, maintains processes, updates show-floor plans, and provides operational reporting. Requires substantial event management experience, strong project management, spreadsheet and data-merging skills, executive communication, and willingness to travel.

Coordinates sponsorship operations across global events, maintaining sponsorship trackers and ensuring sponsor benefits, branding, activations, and documentation are delivered accurately and on time. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Content, Operations, sponsors, suppliers, and contractors to deliver awards programs, special events, lounges, receptions, and other features. Manages timelines, production schedules, budgets, onsite troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and post-event reporting. International travel and onsite event leadership are required.

Leads growth and sales performance for assigned events and across the division. Owns pipeline, forecasting, prospecting, negotiations, closing, strategic accounts, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Coaches and develops sales teams, supports commercial planning, manages complex negotiations, builds senior client relationships, and partners with marketing, product, and operations to drive revenue growth.

Provides proactive, confidential support to two Presidents by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, communications, priorities, and follow-through. Coordinates leadership activities, events, projects, stakeholders, and office support while anticipating needs and resolving conflicts. Plans campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid social, web, content, and database marketing; develops sales-enablement materials; manages audiences, timelines, tracking, and attribution; and analyzes CRM, marketing automation, and campaign performance data. Collaborates closely with Sales, Design, Web, Content, Data, and Operations teams.
