Supports the Property Manager across six Seattle-area affordable housing sites. Responsibilities include leasing, HUD compliance, applicant eligibility, certifications and recertifications, rent collection, delinquency tracking, resident relations, reporting, office administration, and maintenance coordination. The role maintains accurate resident files, processes TRACS and EIV records, supports audits and inspections, and assists with community operations and customer service.
