Leads employees assigned to government and partner subcontracts while managing subcontract terms, rates, funding, compliance, invoices, and customer relationships. Oversees workforce planning, staffing, employee engagement, contract administration, and organic growth across existing federal contract vehicles. Requires direct interaction with primes, KOs, CORs, and federal customers, frequent site travel, and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Supports the design, configuration, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise and GCP network infrastructure. Responsibilities include routing, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, certificates, segmentation, monitoring, incident response, root cause analysis, migrations, deployments, documentation, and change management. The role coordinates with cloud, security, DevSecOps, application, and operations teams to maintain secure, highly available connectivity across environments.
