The Senior Account Executive will lead sales efforts in new verticals, build client relationships, and achieve revenue growth for Axon while collaborating with partners and stakeholders.

Lead and coordinate complex enterprise SaaS deployments, manage multiple projects for scope/timeline/budget, align stakeholders, mitigate risks, produce documentation for customer acceptance and revenue recognition, deliver training, and mentor junior PMs.

Client-facing role to architect and deliver end-to-end data conversion and ingestion solutions. Responsibilities include data mapping, transformation scripting, database analysis, ETL execution and validation, restoration of data environments, tooling reuse, and collaboration with product, engineering, and agency stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely conversions.

Lead and execute brand and campaign design across campaigns, events, social, sales materials, and presentations. Create scalable visual systems, event environments, and style frames; art direct motion and multimedia; use AI creative tools to accelerate concepting; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders; mentor and direct designers; ensure design handoff to production and vendors.

Support enterprise customer implementations across Fusus and other Axon products. Lead discovery, gather requirements, document workflows and user stories, collaborate with project, architecture, product, and technical teams, configure software solutions, evaluate trade-offs, conduct user acceptance testing, and create training and enablement materials. Build customer relationships and drive adoption, alignment, and measurable outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Integrate, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot highly available cloud-based 911 unified communications and VoIP systems. Responsibilities include PBX and UC solution implementation, customer onboarding, technical documentation, customized communication solutions, operations-team training, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires expertise in VoIP architecture, SIP-based protocols, networking, Linux, cloud infrastructure, and security for reliable emergency communications platforms.

Own product design for Axon Records, leading initiatives from research and discovery through prototyping, testing, and implementation. Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to shape strategy, simplify complex enterprise workflows, and create multimodal mobile and desktop experiences. Conduct user research, communicate design decisions, and thoughtfully integrate transparent, trustworthy AI capabilities into products used by law enforcement.

Conduct advanced research and development in LLMs, MLLMs, generative AI, computer vision, and robotics perception. Design scalable multimodal models, optimize them for resource-constrained devices, evaluate performance using real-world datasets, and transition research into products. Collaborate with machine learning, firmware, and hardware engineers, provide technical leadership, mentor junior scientists, and contribute to patents, publications, documentation, and open-source initiatives.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale, multi-product deployments for strategic global customers. Manage scope, schedule, dependencies, risk, and change; partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services; communicate to technical and executive audiences; mentor peers; and drive repeatable, scalable delivery practices while traveling to customer sites (30–50%).

Design, build, and deploy scalable ML systems across cloud and edge devices. Prototype research into products, implement training/evaluation/deployment pipelines, optimize large models, and ensure secure, privacy-preserving production ML infrastructure while collaborating with scientists and product teams.
