Assistant Controller will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; oversee general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, and expense reporting; ensure U.S. GAAP compliance; coordinate audits and tax requirements; improve accounting systems and processes; and supervise accounting staff or outsourced partners. The role supports financial reporting, internal controls, ERP enhancements, and operational scaling in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

The Senior Revenue Accountant oversees contract review, billing and revenue schedules, monthly revenue close, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, deferred revenue, audits, and ASC 606 compliance. The role partners cross-functionally to improve revenue processes, optimize accounting systems, and maintain internal controls.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, expansion, product adoption, and account health. Serve as a strategic advisor and customer advocate, deliver training, identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and collaborate cross-functionally with Legal Ops, Legal, Finance, and IT stakeholders. Contribute to best practices, scalable customer programs, onboarding, interviewing, and coaching while translating customer needs into product and process improvements.

Own the post-sale lifecycle for approximately 60 mid-market OnitX customers. Serve as a trusted advisor, guide customers toward legal operations outcomes, monitor account health, mitigate churn risks, conduct business reviews, support renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Product, Implementation, Support, Marketing, and Account Management. Share customer feedback and best practices to improve customer success operations.
