Drive enterprise sales growth for Blackbaud’s K-12 software, services, and training solutions. Identify and penetrate new accounts, manage complex consultative sales cycles, exceed revenue objectives, cultivate existing relationships, coordinate internal resources, develop proposals and demonstrations, maintain pipeline forecasts, and establish trusted executive-level relationships within customer organizations.

Provide proactive, customized consulting to Financial Edge NXT customers throughout their engagement. Develop adoption roadmaps, optimize business processes, support software releases and staff changes, manage a customer portfolio, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and services teams. Manages enterprise sales activities within an assigned territory, develops account penetration strategies, builds executive relationships, and exceeds revenue targets. The role sells complex SaaS CRM and ERP solutions through consultative and solution-selling methods, acquires new business, expands existing accounts, coordinates internal resources, supports proposals and demonstrations, and maintains accurate sales pipelines and forecasts.

Supports customer operations systems and processes by gathering requirements, designing workflows, configuring Salesforce and related tools, developing user stories, supporting Agile ceremonies, analyzing customer health data, and identifying operational improvements. Leads Blackbaud Institute research and insights programs from strategy through execution. Designs primary research, manages vendors and data collection, analyzes proprietary and external datasets, and translates findings into reports, thought leadership, presentations, and executive-ready narratives. Partners with marketing, product, communications, customer success, and leadership teams while representing the organization through conferences, webinars, media opportunities, and industry events. Uses emerging AI and content technologies to improve research workflows and content reuse.

Leads Blackbaud’s global AI-first brand and corporate communications strategy, including positioning, reputation, executive and employee communications, media relations, thought leadership, crisis readiness, measurement, and brand experience. Advises senior executives, partners cross-functionally, manages agencies and budget, and builds a high-performing global team. The role focuses on strengthening awareness, trust, preference, category leadership, and the business impact of brand investments through responsible AI adoption.

Leads Blackbaud’s vertical marketing strategy, demand generation engine, pipeline creation, market expansion, and bookings growth. The role manages investment across acquisition channels, establishes experimentation and performance frameworks, applies AI to planning and optimization, partners with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Revenue Operations, and develops Vertical Marketing Directors. Success is measured through pipeline, bookings, conversion, acquisition efficiency, payback, expansion, AI adoption, and team development.

Owns platform architecture, standards, data governance, integration patterns, and lifecycle decisions for Blackbaud’s Awareness to Revenue platforms, including Salesforce. Establishes shared technical direction across an Agile Release Train, defines architectural enablers and non-functional requirements, manages technical risk, and mentors engineering teams. The role partners with solution and enterprise architects, supports scaled Agile ceremonies, and ensures secure, reliable, operable platforms through DevSecOps and continuous delivery practices.

Leads Blackbaud’s global renewals and retention strategy across a large multi-product customer base. The role transforms renewal operations, customer engagement, team structures, processes, and systems while owning gross retention, net revenue retention, renewal rates, churn reduction, expansion, and recurring revenue performance. Responsibilities include applying AI and data science, developing segmentation and predictive risk models, managing complex enterprise renewals, shaping packaging and pricing, leading organizational change, and aligning Product, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success.
