The Business Development Representative generates sales opportunities by engaging leads, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with Account Executives to meet quotas and performance goals.

Leads strategic sales pursuits by serving as a trusted technical advisor, building executive relationships, conducting discovery workshops, designing complex solutions, and presenting business value and ROI. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and third parties on solution development, account strategy, product enhancements, and business development. Coaches colleagues, documents best practices, and represents the company through presentations and thought leadership. Requires nonprofit industry expertise and experience with Blackbaud or equivalent solutions.

Lead end-to-end enterprise SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through deployment and closure. Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, scope, risks, dependencies, resources, and change requests while coordinating customers, executives, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Operations, and other stakeholders. Serve as the primary customer contact, facilitate governance and executive reviews, resolve complex delivery challenges, and improve implementation processes through retrospectives, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Lead and develop a team of Implementation Consultants and Project Managers to deliver Blackbaud Corporate Impact implementations. Drive project delivery, adoption, go-live outcomes, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration while leveraging AI and automation to improve operational efficiency and customer success.

Lead technical direction for Blackbaud's internal AI platform and mentor product owners and engineers. Design and govern agent architectures, evaluate vendor capabilities, set standards and guardrails, run technical office hours, and produce rapid platform recommendations to enable enterprise AI adoption across value streams.

Lead cybersecurity incident response, digital forensics, and threat hunting activities. Analyze security events, investigate root causes, contain and mitigate threats, coordinate cross-functional response efforts, and develop remediation strategies. Conduct forensic analysis of endpoint and network artifacts, volatile memory, malicious files, and scripts while preserving electronic evidence. Enhance detection capabilities using threat intelligence, security frameworks, and industry best practices.

Own and grow a portfolio of high-value nonprofit partners across North America. Drive retention, donation growth, expansion revenue, competitive win-backs, and adoption of JustGiving features and integrations. Build senior-level relationships, identify and close new opportunities, provide data-driven fundraising advice, forecast revenue, communicate market insights, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Operations.

Lead pricing and packaging strategy for AI-enabled SaaS products. Design, model, and test license, usage, outcome, and hybrid pricing constructs; run pilots and A/B tests; define telemetry and entitlement controls; partner with Product, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to operationalize pricing and ensure price realization and margin health.

Serve as a trusted FP&A partner for GTM leaders supporting budgeting, forecasting, driver-based modeling, performance analysis, month-end close, scenario modeling, executive reporting, and process automation to inform investment and growth decisions.

The Enterprise Architect for Data & AI will shape the architecture for the SaaS platform, ensuring efficient data practices and responsible AI governance, while collaborating with various teams to align technology with business goals.
