Partner with a portfolio of creators as a strategic advisor: build relationships, develop personalized growth strategies, coach adoption of products/opportunities, analyze performance data into actionable recommendations, and drive retention, engagement, and revenue while advocating creator needs to Product, Marketing, and Brand teams.

Lead social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube for consumer and corporate channels. Own editorial planning, content direction, and organic+paid integration. Use audience insights and performance data to refine strategy, report learnings, and guide amplification. Manage two direct reports and collaborate cross-functionally with PR, content, product, creator, and brand teams to drive awareness, engagement, and business impact.

Serve as first point of contact for creators: manage tickets and communications, moderate communities, create content, coordinate webinars/events, build reports/presentations, and support cross-functional creator success initiatives.

Design and deliver scalable creator education, onboarding, accelerator programs, webinars, and events. Create presentations, playbooks, and enablement materials; facilitate workshops and one-to-many coaching; analyze feedback and program performance; partner cross-functionally to improve creator experiences; manage multiple high-impact projects and support onsite event execution.

Lead strategic sales and partnership efforts for fashion accounts, driving new business, retention, and platform adoption. Build executive relationships, exceed revenue targets, create data-driven presentations, forecast performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale creator commerce and media solutions.
